Crockpot Pulled Buffalo Chicken Sandwich

Very easy 4 ingredient recipe.

What it takes...

Frozen chicken breasts
Bottle of buffalo wing sauce approx 12oz
Packet of Ranch salad dressing mix
Cream Cheese

How to...

Place chicken breasts in the Crockpot to cover the bottom, we used 4.
Cover chicken with buffalo sauce using whole bottle.
Sprinkle in packet of Ranch dressing mix on top of sauce.
Set Crockpot on low setting for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
After cooking remove chicken and pull apart.
Also at this time add in the cream cheese to remove the hotness of the sauce.
Replace chicken back into Crockpot and stir together, let sit while you set your plate up or get sides put together.
Serve on a bun with a slice of mozzarella cheese.




Notes.

You can choose any brand of sauce or style of sauce you would like. We used Frank's buffalo hot sauce. Will probably try another brand next time. It tasted to hot and not enough flavor for our likes. We also used half of the cream cheese block.
